Today, we have here a blue mess:

This is what happens when I shut myself up in a room with a canvas, blue and white paint, a palette knife and Nine Inch Nails' "Pretty Hate Machine". Nuff said.

I cannot describe the gooiness of painting with a palette knife. You've just got to try it yourself...

Love the details.
I did a course last year where we painted with all sorts of stuff. Such fun, and I HAVE to get into more of it. Old credit cards were fun to scratch and scrape with. It was such a blast, nothing interesting was safe-kitchen utensils, those funny little bags oranges come packaged in, hair accessories.
That's sounds like a great way to paint clouds, palette knife and NIN.
